Appointments​

Call 828-216-4763 to schedule. We recommend booking your next visit before leaving to secure your preferred time.​

 

Cancellations/Rescheduling​

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without a fee.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows​

Providing less than 24 hours’ notice or missing an appointment will incur a $30–$40 fee. Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Late Arrival

Arriving within 15 minutes may shorten your session. Arriving more than 20 minutes late is considered a missed appointment.

 

Confidentiality and Conversation

All client-therapist conversations are private. Clients may choose to talk or remain silent. Professional guidance is offered as requested.

 

Health and Medical Conditions

Clients must inform the therapist of current medical treatments or health changes to ensure safe care.

 

Pregnancy
Acupuncture and massage are safe and beneficial during pregnancy; please inform your therapist to ensure comfort and safety.​

 

Payment Methods

We accept cash, personal checks, Square, PayPal, and Venmo.​

 

Pricing and Sliding Scale Prices subject to change. A sliding scale option is available in cases of financial need. Discuss options before your first appointment.

 

Treatment Packages We offer prepaid packages at a discounted rate. Full payment is required before your first session. Packages are non-refundable, but unused sessions may be converted into gift certificates or used at a later date. Credit will be applied after deducting the full (non-discounted) value of sessions already used.
